Service Description
Vannika is an AI-powered personal style coaching app that provides general fashion and outfit suggestions based on AI analysis of photos you submit. Vannika is not a professional styling service and does not employ certified fashion stylists. All advice is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
VANNIKA PROVIDES STYLE SUGGESTIONS "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Accuracy or suitability of style suggestions for your specific situation
- That recommendations will meet your personal expectations
- Availability or pricing of recommended products
- Any specific results from following our advice
- Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service
All style decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vannika shall not be liable for:
- Any dissatisfaction with style recommendations
- Purchases made based on our suggestions
- Any allergic reactions to recommended products
- Any loss or damage arising from use of the app
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Subscriptions and Payments
- Free tier: 2 lifetime analyses at no cost
- Pro Monthly: ₹249/month, billed monthly
- Pro Yearly: ₹1,999/year, billed annually
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancel anytime through your profile settings in the app
- No refunds for partial subscription periods already paid
- All payments processed securely by Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Vannika
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not upload photos of other people without their consent
- You must not use the app for any illegal purpose
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the app
Intellectual Property
The Vannika name, logo, app design, and all content are the proprietary intellectual property of Vannika. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Your personal analysis results are yours to use as you wish.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Vannika shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
