Vannika offers a free tier with 2 lifetime analyses so you can experience the service before subscribing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription.
Subscription Refunds
- No refunds are provided for monthly subscription payments already processed
- For yearly subscriptions, refund requests made within 7 days of initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
- If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
When We Will Refund
We will provide a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the service for more than 7 consecutive days
- Duplicate charge due to a payment processing error
- Charge made after subscription was cancelled through proper channels
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@vannika.in with:
- Your registered email address
- The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
